><p>The delineators prevent drivers from turning left from eastbound Olympic onto northbound Fox Hills. \u00a0This turn movement is especially unsafe due to its proximity to the Olympic\/Century Park West intersection.<\/p>\n<p>The delineators previously installed by the city would come down days or weeks after they were installed, followed by years of trying to get them replaced. \u00a0Fix The City worked with CD5 and LADOT to specify new delineators that would be more effective and last for far longer. \u00a0Not one has come down since they were installed.<\/p>\n<p>Special thanks to Joan class='av_textblock_section av-av_textblock-0366cc7376be6c9e82a3e9cc8987b64f '   itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/CreativeWork\" ><div class='avia_textblock'  itemprop=\"text\" ><p>The Riddick Center (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.riddickcenter.org\/home.html\">www.RiddickCenter.Org<\/a>) is a\u00a0former Army Anti-Aircraft Battalion recreation building that in 1944, was offered for free if it could be moved it from its original location (one block south on Overland Avenue, near the rail tracks) within 30 days.
