vehicles shall travel through the WOWHOA residential area.<\/li>\n<li>Construction employees will not park in the WOWHOA area.<\/li>\n<li>No staging or parking of heavy construction vehicles on Pico, Sepulveda, Expo and Sawtelle before 9A and after 4p Monday-Friday.<\/li>\n<li>Limit the floor area to 528,000 down from 750,000.<\/li>\n<li>Limit retail to 15,000 square feet, down from
