{"id":212,"date":"2015-11-11T18:37:59","date_gmt":"2015-11-12T02:37:59","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/fixthecity.org\/?p=212"},"modified":"2015-11-11T18:37:59","modified_gmt":"2015-11-12T02:37:59","slug":"city-council-holds-joint-plumtranspo-meeting-re-mp2035","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.fixthecity.org\/?p=212","title":{"rendered":"City Council Holds Joint PLUM\/Transpo Meeting re #MP2035"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>There was a great turnout at yesterday&#8217;s joint MP2035 committee meeting.<\/p>\n<p>The committees certainly heard that MP2035 was disliked by the majority of those in attendance. \u00a0They also heard that increasing congestion and negatively impacting LAFD response times is a very BAD idea. \u00a0Finally, they heard (over and over) that outreach on MP2035 was dismal.<\/p>\n<p>FTC thanks all those who took the time to let the council know\u00a0how they feel and also thanks those on the council who voiced their concerns.<\/p>\n<p>FTC is reviewing Tuesday&#8217;s meeting outcome. \u00a0We have ordered a transcript and will review that transcript along with the committee reports. \u00a0An initial review indicates multiple additional procedural\/legal\/charter errors may be involved.<\/p>\n<p>FTC will be submitting a supplemental letter from its attorneys once its\u00a0analysis is complete.<\/p>\n<p>As to the results of the joint meeting&#8230; \u00a0It appears that PLUM approved something (not sure what yet) and that Transpo tied (again, not sure on what) so there was no recommendation forwarded to the full council.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>There was a great turnout at yesterday&#8217;s joint MP2035 committee meeting.
